the room was comfortable with a great bathroom and I was delighted with the wonderful breakfast spread. the staff was friendly and helpful. Although there were a few issues with the housekeeping and language barriers, it didn't take away from the overall positive experience. the hotel provided guests with a translation app to help with communication. the hotel provided clean facilities and impressive amenities that made the stay more enjoyable.

The breakfast was amazing, with a wide range of delicious food. , the room was really comfortable and clean. The location was perfect, close to the main attractions of the city.
The staff didn't speak English very well, so it was difficult to communicate with them. , the room service was not very attentive, forgetting to provide basic amenities like shampoo or a spoon for stirring tea.

The hotel was located in a central area, making it convenient for our business trip. the room was clean and well, maintained, with a great shower and comfortable bed. the free buffet breakfast was a nice surprise and the staff, although they had limited English, were always friendly and helpful.
One of the main drawbacks of this hotel was the language barrier. English, speaking staff were not always available and communication was often a challenge.

The location was very convenient for our business trip as it was centrally located between Shenzhen, Dongguan, and Guangzhou. The hotel provided excellent services such as room service, car hire, and dry cleaning, making our stay even more comfortable. The staff was always friendly and helpful, ensuring that all of our needs were met. We also appreciated the beautiful outdoor swimming pool and the relaxing jacuzzi, perfect for unwinding after a long day. this place exceeded our expectations and we would definitely stay here again.
We highly recommend this hotel to everyone.
